I bet y'all thought I fell off the wagon did not cha? I have gained 5-10 lbs but seem to be stabilizing around 131-ish. I'm Day 66 P4 which is 9 wks plus 3 days. Although an 8 wk stabilization phase is merely required by round 2, y'all figured my system deserved that extra two weeks before another round and chose to do 10 wks since I had done an enormously long Phase 2 of hcg drops.
Yes, y'all plan on doing another round. Regrettably, I don't know if I can actually accomplish my target weight in one round that is short since I gained so much over the past 9 weeks. I wanted to do no longer than 30-day round which implies possibly 15 lbs loss is possible. I am at 131 today. 110 is my goal weight. Hmmmm. I'm still doing sometimes.
Was earlier on in P3 where y'all got into trouble. There were two days where y'all shot 3 lbs over nighttime up within seven days. Regrettably, 1 whole pound is only taken off by a correction day in the event you 're not unlucky. From there it kept creeping up slowly and gradually. Y'all was working out and exercising quite regular but then some things threw where I had to stay in the home and work on things that were fiddly and my exercise course was canceled for weeks.
The weather is overly hot, also, which doesn't help wanting to go outside. Lately, I have started going to roller derby practices. Y'all got some of skates a couple of days ago but prolly going to need to send them back for repair because something was defective with the mounting right from the box. For sure, I will know after tonight's practice if they have to go back.
I fell on my butt at practice and hurt my tailbone. It's a lot better this morning but the first thing I did after I came home after practice was purchase some of padded shorts and to get on the net! I am also stoked about getting outdoor wheels so I can go out on the bike path. y'all've got them purchased but have to await them to come in along with the rest of my protective equipment -- helmet and wrist guards. I must locate a mouthgard, too. Any suggestions on brand or type?
